The Bohemian Escape near Rice Village

This apartment is located in a GREAT central location to bars, restaurants, medical areas, and NRG Stadium. Easy access to highways and airports. Conveniently located inside the Loop, near Texas Medical Center, Rice University, and Rice Village.

The Space:
You will have an awesome view of the courtyard. You can turn on the soft lights on the patio with a glass of wine. It is the perfect couples retreat with enough room for the kids. It's also perfect for the girls or boys trip so you can relax and have a great time. The Bohemian Escape offers plenty of room for the kids with a sleeper sofa so everyone can enjoy the lavish accommodations. We recently added a new gaming console in the guest room. This console is connected to the TV much like a firestick. Once you access the appropriate HMDI input on the TV then you can play over 20,000 Arcade Games from the 70's through the 90's from all over the world. The Bohemian Escape also has a TV in every room.

It is also the perfect location for traveling Nurses since The Bohemian Escape is located right in the Heart of Houston's World Renowned Medical District. Literally down the street from Helix Park, the collaborative medical research center currently under construction, and expected to be completed in 2025. You will be able to spread out and enjoy the awesome amenities that The Bohemian Escape has to offer. Why not escape the city for a moment and enjoy a taste of the tropics at The Bohemian Escape.

Guest Access:
Once you retrieve the White Key-Like Fob from the Bohemian Escape, you will have access to all areas of the apartment complex, which includes the pool, cabanas, fully-equipped gym, coffee bar, outdoor seating areas, and all grill areas.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The residents and guest(s) are very respectful and mindful.

There are a plethora of restaurants and bars within 5-10 miles from the community.

Getting Around:
If you do not have a vehicle then the best mode of transportation will be Uber or Lift. You can also catch the local Metro Bus and Rail. There are also some restaurants and bars in walking distance. It is best to head north from the front entrance of the community. Free parking is available on the street 24 hours a day on the north side of the complex. The parking garage is also free and available to you and your guests on the 5th Level. Levels 1-4 are also available to you, but you MUST obtain the Parking Pass from the apartment first, and hang it on your rearview mirror to park on these Levels.

Other Things to Note:
The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. The residents and guest(s) are very respectful and mindful. There are a plethora of restaurants and bars within 5-10 miles from the community.

Early Check-in Service is not guaranteed as it depends upon availability, based upon your specific reservation. Early Check-in Service is only available from 9 AM until your current standard check-in time of 4 PM on your specific Check-in Date. If you need Early Check-in Service before 9 AM then please reach out to Surrounding Stays as the cost will vary based upon your approximate time of arrival, or Surrounding Stays may offer other options. You must receive prior authorization for Early Check-in Service, either with payment to Surrounding Stays, or clear written authorization from Surrounding Stays.

Note: Surrounding Stays will provide a certain amount of complementary toiletry items for each reservation to start your stay. We may not provide enough toiletries like, tissue, paper towels, body wash, bleach, detergent, toothpaste, etc. as this is based upon your specific consumption of these items. Restocking of these item shall not be provided after the start of your stay as they must be acquired by the guest.
