With 2 ensuite bedrooms - one upstair and one downstairs - plus another bedroom and bath upstairs there is plenty of room for everyone. Additional multi-purpose room has a pull-out sofa bed. A sunroom provides natural day light from morning to dusk - enjoy your coffee basking in the sun before starting your deck. Plenty of decking allows for grilling and dining while the sunsets. Ceiling fans in all rooms provide additional comfort to the central AC. Best of all you are centrally located between the docks, town and the ocean.
