Hey there, I have a private basement apartment in Arnold, Maryland (greater Annapolis) available to rent May 11th! My townhouse has a separate entrance into the basement with private lower deck (with 2 swings to chill out in), kitchenette (includes toaster, microwave, coffee maker, table and 4 chairs), a private living room with 2 couches and mounted TV, private bedroom with full size closet, a full bathroom, full size refrigerator, a shared laundry room, and a private parking space.

Please let me know if you are interested in renting and I'd be happy to answer any questions! Also, rates will increase if renting during Commissioning Week
