This spacious, modern, cozy studio is the perfect home-base for a long vacation, or work-cation, in San Luis Obispo! Great space for one to two people, with everything to support a longer stay. Located in a quiet, single-family neighborhood, the location can't be beat with a 10 minute walk downtown or in the other direction, Cal Poly campus, groceries, coffee shops, and more restaurants. Hiking trails are also just a 5 minute walk away.
The studio is bright and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. The deck and outdoor area are perfect to start the day with a steaming cup of coffee, or unwind after a day of exploring. There is plentiful street parking available.
