Richard and his wife and family enjoy walking to Peter Bay Beach, and enjoying the excellent snorkeling of Peter Bay, and the magnificent views and tranquility of the North Shore.
Why they chose this property
Villa Cinnamon Breeze is within the gated community of Peter Bay Estate, St. John, VI's most exclusive address. Peter Bay Estate is one of the few parcels of pristine North Shore land that was not deeded to the Virgin Islands National Park. It is one of the very few St. John properties with a private white sand beach. Villa Cinnamon Breeze is private, tranquil, and surrounded on all sides by the Virgin Islands National Park. The views from Villa Cinnamon Breeze are breathtaking, the Villa is ultra luxury, and famous world-class beaches are 3-10 minutes away. Walk to Peter Bay Beach (5 minutes), or drive to Trunk Bay Beach (5 minutes), and Cinnamon Bay Beach (10 minutes). All these factors were foremost in deciding to manage Villa Cinnamon Breeze.
