BRAND new construction. Life's easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with great access to all the fun Lower State Street has to offer. This house has a walk score of 98, which I think means that all the fun that Santa Barbara has to offer is within walking distance - with all it's restaurants, bars, cafes, art studios, shopping, the beach etc. etc. Park your car when you arrive and don't worry about driving until you leave...

The beautifully build and furnished tiny house is in a very centered location in a quite neighborhood, right between the beach area and the city center. I can highly recommend this tiny house for a shorter stay in Santa Barbara!

Meh
Not very easy to access, limited communication, not very clean. Requested cleaning and followed up when we found the same mess though they said they’d sent people to clean.
Overall the Tiny House was clean, pleasant and quiet. Great little space to rejuvenate. Parking was not optimal due to city performing construction on the street. I had to move my vehicle daily to avoid being towed. If I had known I would have chosen a different date. Nothing the host could have done to remedy this. The internet went out on my last day for a bit. The host responded and the internet was restored in about a hour. The entrance to my room is right next to the laundry which had a foul odor coming from the machines. One of the kitchen cabinets needs to be put back on the hinge and the walls in the bedroom need to be touched up.
Loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. More than a hotel and less than a full house. The only drawback I'd say is the lack of a table, although it wasn't really big enough to accommodate a full dining table but maybe a bistro style could fit.
We loved our stay at this Tiny Home and the location is awesome. It is so very clean and decorated perfectly with all you need. Great use of all the space in this tiny home.
We loved this tiny house! It is close enough to downtown to be walkable but far enough from any riff raff. The house itself is clean and thoughtfully decorated. It would have been fun to access the loft but I completely understand for liability reasons why it is off limits. Because it is a tiny house I would not recommend it for more than two people.
I would highly recommend this cute house for a perfect weekend getaway!
This stay was perfect! The house was clean and decorated super cute and fitting for SB! Getting to the house was easy to find and clear check in instructions. The place had fresh coffee, sugar, and some other condiments. My BF and I stayed for two nights and it was just what we needed. The location is great as everything is within walking distance. We did not rent a car and just took and Uber to and from the airport. Can’t beat the location and price of this property if you and one other are looking to stay within town!
Very well done. The owner didn’t skimp on design, decor, or provisions. The kitchen and living areas felt very open and spacious. Everything you could have needed was provided in the kitchen. We appreciated luxurious touches like the tiling in the bathroom, adjustable lighting, and the fluffy comforter. The bedroom has pretty much zero storage but a couple of wall hooks and a pantry cabinet that’d been set up as a small closet were enough for us to unpack a little for our weekend visit.
The location was PERFECT! Two blocks from State St, another three to the Funk Zone, and just a couple more to the beach.
My only concern was with bathroom privacy, as there was no way to lock the doors, and there was a bit of a gap between one of the sliding doors and the wall. It’s easy enough to position the door so that no one can see inside the bathroom, but there’s no auditory privacy. Not a huge concern for me and my long-time partner, but something to consider for shier folks.
If you’re going to use the loft area, I recommend reaching out to the owner in advance, as the ladder was not in place and, from what we could tell, that area was not set up for use during our stay-presumably because the owner knew from our conversation that it’d just be the two of us.
The owner was on top of communication, kind, and accommodating.
New tiny house with sweet interior design. Small floor area includes kitchen with all appliances, sitting area, bathroom, bedroom plus extra loft sleeping space. Sparse closet space, so pack lightly. Located 3 blocks from many State Street restaurants, or walk a little farther to the waterfront. Quiet neighborhood, bus lines nearby, great location for an affordable visit.
