Awful

The bed did not have a top sheet. Just a stained cheap comforter. There was a quarter inch of grime in the sink and the couch had a film of dirt. The living room rug was covered in sunflower seed shells. The upstairs neighbor played music so loud it shook the house until 3am. It is in a bad part of town surrounded by abandoned buildings. The lot and sidewalks all had a foot of snow with no plow or shovel in sight.

Centrally located

Nice apartment close to the arenas and brewery district. Very comfortable with some of the comforts of home.
