The place was clean and spacious. I appreciated the parking space which made unloading the car to the apartment super easy. Communication from the host was helpful and check-in was a breeze. Would stay here again!

Had a great stay at the VRBO in Skokie ,Illinois . The area was safe and was located in a wonderful location . The location was close to stores , shopping malls , and restaurants . The location was easy to find and located just the Eden’s expressway . The rental was well stocked everything we needed .

Good stay

Mark was a great host. The communication was superb, check-in fast and easy. The home was the cleanest rental apartment I ever seen. It was nice and cozy, comfortable beds, good linen, good location close to malls, shops and restaurants, free parking in front of the house, good and fast internet, central climate. Looked like the photos, exactly as described, nice decorated, comfortable. Sorry we could not stay for longer. The only issue we had, was that we could hear everything the neighbor upstairs was doing. I will recommend this place to stay

Great apartment, poor communication

I had stayed in one of theses units previously, so i knew it would be clean and well cared for. What I didn't expect was to have such a hard time contacting the host. When I arrived I still hadn't received the door code. This may, or may not, have been the fault of the app, but I called and message the host for more than an hour before I contacted VRBO customer service. They tried for another hour to reach him with no answer. I was told they would pay for a hotel for the night, and that I needed to find one nearby. Luckily, I opted to meet my kids for dinner and brainstorm together for a hotel, because another hour, or so, later the host finally called me and I hadn't already paid for a room for the night. I received a code, but it wouldnt open the door! I finally received the new code and got access about 4 hours after my check-in time. The units are well appointed, the only thing I would like to see is at least one comfortable chair in the living room. The couch is large, but when I'm there my adult children visit me, and a single couch doesnt really cut it.

Immaculate apartment in great location

Mark's place was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. Appliances, beds, furniture all seemed very new and were top quality. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer in the cabinets, very nice to have in the mornings. The location was great for us; the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, and we felt very safe. Exactly as pictured and as we'd hoped! Thanks, Mark!

Nice place in Skokie

We like this comfortable, clean property. The owner is always ready to help with any questions or concerns. On-site parking is a big plus in the Chicago area. Mark is always available!

Pristine, good value, easy location, very helpful host

This was an excellent stay for us, coming to town for a graduation at Northwestern about ten minutes away. The place is beautiful, brand new really, and immaculate. Communication with the host was excellent, courteous and prompt. We were very comfortable, safe, and able to sleep well during our hectic three nights there. Highly, highly recommended!
