We stayed at this property for a few days while getting our son settled at Andrews University and had a great experience. The house was sparkling clean, quiet, and well equipped. We cooked a few meals, lounged in the living room each evening, and slept soundly in the comfy beds. Plenty of hot water for soothing showers. Highly recommended!
Nicely decorated. No house numbers made it a bump to locate, but we found it using nearby house numbers. White noise machines in each bedroom were a treasure, as there is traffic noise from the street. Beds were comfy! No dishwasher or garbage disposal :( Upstairs shower head spray was goofy, probably needs to be cleaned or replaced. Instructions stated filtered water provided & where to get refill but there was no container so we purchased 3 gal of drinking water. Maybe previous renter took off with it? I dunno. Overall, the house was very comfortable & well stocked on teas, spices, salt & pepper, Had to buy sugar. Cleanliness of refrigerator, freezer & kitchen floor could be upped a notch. Nothing huge, but there was food & leftover McDonald's in there. Bin in freezer was dirty, I didn't bother to find out what it was. We travel frequently together & would count this property in line with our expectations. Well done, just a few minor issues as reported here.
I have stayed at this place for the third time and am still recommending it for the consistent experience. it is very clean, comfortable bed, and conveniently located to Lansing and Grand Rapids that are only a two hour drive away.
This is the second time I have stayed at this rental. Home is very clean, communication is excellent, and bed is comfortable. Parking in back. Highly recommend this property.
I stayed at this adorable place for a few days to work and to visit our son who os a student at Andrew’s. Very convenient to Andrew’s University and places to eat are close by. Newly renovated. Would stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the amenities included in the house. Finding the house was very easy and there was plenty of space to park. There was a Keurig ready with plenty of coffee pods and I liked that there were a variety of spices already stocked in the cabinets since we cook a lot. There were additional details to make our stay extra comfortable like the charging stations by the beds, the white noise machines, and the AC units upstairs by the beds to keep things cool. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely consider staying again.
My family came up to Michigan for a family reunion. This property was in the middle of all the things we had planned. There were so many accommodations, we didn’t have to go out and buy much. All cooking pots and pans and all were available. Thank you for the hospitality! It was amazing!
Very clean. Ample space to hang out. We sat at the large dining table often. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the water cooler, large supply of Keurig cups, and some complimentary toiletries. Nice large refrigerator. Lots of room for parking. We had four vehicles and there was still more parking available. Added bonus, we were able to watch the fireworks from the parking area. Overall great experience. Would stay again.
We had a great stay, everything was perfect! We really enjoyed this place. The location is great, especially in this tiny town.
The only thing of note is the central heating/cooling - leaving the bedroom doors open helped keep them cool like the living room, but our friends staying upstairs did buy a little fan to use.
