Dirty and Not handicap accessible
First, the only plus to this trip was the property manager, Alex. This man went above and beyond to find us alternative accommodations when we were told our handicap accessible room was no longer accessible because of a broken elevator.
The floors were filthy went we got there. Any bare feet were covered in black soot/dirt within hours.
We found and paid for a handicap accessible room becuase my mother is wheelchair bound. Then we found of the day of trip that rhe elevator doesnt work. So, 4 family members had to carry my mother in her wheelchair to get to the room. She couldn't leave the room becuase it was dangerous to do this everyday day, multiple times a day.
There were no blankets, and any handicap tools for the toilet were dirty and had poop stains all over them.
The 4-5 remotes for the master bedroom all had dead batteries.
The kitchen appliances were covered in rust and nearly unusable.
All phone numbers listed for the hosts and emergency did not work. I could not get in contact with the hosts over the phone. When they claimed to call me, nothing came through.
This trip was awful. I wouldn't recommend this unit or the second unit(with its own list of problems) to anyone.
These are the complaints I can think off the top of my head! I have a compiled list that I plan to add to this one at a later date.
