This is our third visit to Breckenridge and our first stay at this specific townhome. It was perfect for our family of four. We walked to Snowflake lift to start each day and down 4 O’Clock at the end. The garage is handy and fit our car and ski gear well. We enjoyed our time.
Our annual ski trip was perfect thanks to this amazing location that comfortably slept 5 adults that was a quick 2 block walk to the snowflake lift and 10 mins to town. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking including spices. Laundry detergent, coffee, shampoo and conditioner, and plenty of extra towels are what every rental home should have and they did not disappoint! The garage space and first come parking space in the back were perfect for our 2 cars. Thank you thank you thank you!! Will definitely recommend to friends and look for this place in the future!
The townhome looked just like the pictures on the website. Check-in is the easiest I've ever had - a code is sent to you a few days before arrival, and you simply use it for entry...no keys or management company to deal with...NICE!You enter through either the garage or "mudroom". Just up a few stairs is the living area, complete with a gas fireplace, 2 big couches, and a huge LG 65" smart TV. Folks, if you like watching sports or movies after a long day, this townhome is for you. I actually pick places to stay based on their TV arrangement, and this was top-of-the-line. Equipped with our personal YouTube TV and Netflix accounts, we were set.The kitchen above the living room is nicely appointed and makes for a separate conversation and card playing area for those wishing to do something other than watching TV. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, separated by a small hallway, giving each of them complete privacy and bathrooms. Snowflake Lift (around a 7 to 10-minute walk) is the closest access to the slopes. Just know that this 2-person lift loads really fast and is not intended for beginners. If getting on/off a lift raises your anxiety, take the bus right outside the complex and avoid this lift. All in all, a very nice townhome and location! We have vacationed in Breck for over 15 years and would rank this in our Top 10. I would definitely stay here again.
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, great amount of space, great layout, loved the extras-coffee, spices, things to get us started before we could get to the store, extra blankets, shovel to help get our car out (!!!), garage to keep skis and boots, binder with TONS of great information and maps. Will stay again!
Overall the condo was spacious and accommodating with plenty of utensils and cook ware...overall the stay was a great location with plenty of living space. A few critiques that would improve from an average stay to superb.1. Cleaning crew failed you, hair around showers and toilet in stairway did not appear to be cleaned adequately.2. King bed in master suite was ok....but in my opinion mattress should be updated.3. Plenty of pillows but I could not find extra pillow cases.4. TV only had a select few channels, could not watch sports on ESPN or anything above the local channels on HDMI I and HDMI II.5. Shower in master suite was less than ideal, useable but nothing to really enjoy after a long day on the slopes.6. A lady came by dropping off an updated Keurig...we had no prior notification that she was coming by and she opened the garage coming inside the condo with no warning until we heard her voice in the stair well. She thought we were possibly the cleaning people. Not sure what that was about but not an ideal situation.
Wonderful property and the manager and owner are excellent at communicating. The location is awesome and the home is clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
The property is in excellent condition and in a good location close to town. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, great food choices, and cool quiet evenings. The beds are on the firm side, but are in good shape.
My daughters, sister and I stayed for a ski week in mid February. We enjoyed the townhome very much. It's close to the Snowflake lift and an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the upstairs bedroom, downstairs living configuration as we were each able to do what we wanted without disturbing anyone else. We also REALLY appreciated that there was some more than typical basics in the kitchen. More than we have had in the past. This may be due to previous guests leaving some things, like cooking oil for example. We typically leave items that we can't take with us as we are flying. But we found this townhome to be stocked better than most. We brought our own coffee etc but just appreciated having some things that we typically have to buy and leave.
We stayed with our children (12,10,6) and had a great stay.
The location was great! Very close to the pool and walking distance to town. Unit was very clean. Provided dishwasher and laundry washing detergents, plus pool towels.
Very thankful for the ice maker in the freezer!
The only negatives I have for the unit was that we could have used more tissues, there wasn’t lighting in the showers, full assortment of measuring spoons would have been nice and we would have preferred cotton bed sheets. The only other issue was that the kitchen table bench broke the night before we left the unit.
Even with those minor issues, we still give this unit a 5 star rating!
Will definitely stay here again.
The townhouse was a great base camp for a fun Breckenridge 4th of July! We loved the layout and all the amenities.
Having a washer/dryer in unit was great especially with a kid. The location was perfect. The pool is literally just out the back door and we were able to walk everywhere.
It was really quiet and clean.
We had an excellent stay here. We have stayed in this development in the past due to its great location. It’s close to the snowflake lift and bus stops to the gondola or Beaver run. It’s also a very quick walk to town. We chose this specific unit because it has a king size bed in the master. The unit is quite spacious for a family of four. The unit was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the essentials were there like oil and seasonings. We also found there to be ample plates, glasses, etc. The unit was extremely well stocked in the coffee and tea department. This is a very nice touch.
Communication before this day was excellent with the owner and the management company. Check in and check out were simple and efficient. It’s very nice having a garage to store your snowy skis in.
Thanks so much for such a great stay.
Good place, wish they had honored the original price quoted
Other than the bait and switch on pricing and the 'optional' renter's insurance which was included by default this is a nice place to stay.
Pros: easy walk to lifts even in ski boots, kitchen well equipped including basic spices, laundry includes soap (which we discovered AFTER buying more), humidifier in the bedroom, house VERY clean
Cons: The owner listed a price and we reserved the condo for 12 nights. They refused the reservation and countered with a higher price - as we had spent several days researching locations we decided to stay here anyway. But the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They also include by default renter's insurance which I did not notice until far too late. As who someone travels a lot and always leaves the places better than we found them (in this case we purchased and installed much needed night lights, replaced a battery in the living room clock, bought scissors for the kitchen, and bought boxes of tissues, leaving a couple of new boxes in the condo) I was not pleased by this surreptitious addition. Without these cons I would have given them 5 stars.
We loved this place. It was very clean, cozy, and very very well appointed with all the comforts of home. Our favorite rental experiences are when owners clearly equip the home with all the basics, and this house goes above and beyond. Would definitely love to stay again!
The condo was very accurate and well appointed. Had shampoo, conditioner, extra toiletries and lots of kitchen equipment! Only thing we would change was the hot tub which closed at 8 pm one night, and we had a little trouble finding the dumpster although the property manager did get back to us with directions. Overall was a great stay and we would definitely do it again!
It was our first time to Breckenridge for this family of five and the location and the townhome were PERFECT!! Super clean, great amenities (coffee, sundries, board games, etc) and a sling distance to Snowflake lift. We could not have asked for a better stay.
Location, location, location. Our townhome is located off Four O'clock and Primrose Path and is within walking distance to ski lifts, hiking trails, as well as downtown for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. There is also a Breck Free Ride bus stop at the entrance of Winterpoint Townhomes on Four O'Clock. Come visit us and you will be excited to come back!
