This is a Harbor Oceanview Unit Type, Floorplan in the pictures. ****THE UNIT AVAILABLE FOR JUNE 27-JULY 4 IS A HARBOR OCEANFRONT INSTEAD OF OCEANVIEW SO IT IS PRICED HIGHER BUT THE FLOORPLAN IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT, SO THE BALCONY IS OFF OF THE BEDROOM FOR THESE DATES INSTEAD OF THE LIVING ROOM AND IS AN OCEANFRONT BALCONY INSTEAD OF AN OCEANVIEW BALCONY.
Oceanfront Resort! Unit number assigned at checkin but you can request any floor! Resort will give starter toilet paper, shampoos, etc. and but not enough for a full week. Full kitchen and living room. Balconies off bedrooms. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. Bring Beach towels. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort!

Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask!
Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental.

For any issues with your unit once you check-in, you will go directly to the front desk and let them know of anything wrong with the unit. The resort maintains the units for the owners, so they handle all of the upkeep an cleaning for the units. Any issues with check-in, I am local and am available to fix any problems! Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. Must be over 21 to checkin at this resort.
Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Ocean Beach Club Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy.
