The best location! This older home is newly updated and is conveniently located in a a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Springfield. The neighborhood sits just behind Bass Pro Shops and the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium and is only a short drive from downtown Springfield, the airport, Missouri State University, and so much more.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds, 3 twin beds (one is a trundle), and a double bed that pulls out from the sectional in the living room.
Amenities provided: washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, and a computer desk. There is a fire pit in the back along with an outdoor dining set and charcoal grill
