Spring Break Family Fun
Our family stayed at this property for 5 nights during our Spring Break. We really enjoyed the location - easy to walk to the beach entrance and with the included four bikes, an easy ride to coffee shops, restaurants, shops etc going either east or west on Hwy 30A. The pool and hot tub near the unit was clean and was a break from the crowds at the beach when we still wanted water time. We flew to this location from WA state whereas I think a lot of people drive so packing extra things like salt & pepper, sugar, coffee & filters, toilet paper, etc was not an option. We ended up having to purchase these items during our stay which was kind of annoying. The property managers provide the initial TP, paper towels and garbage bags but otherwise, you're on the hook to purchase anything else you need. There is a washer & dryer but again - bring your laundry soap. A Publix grocery store is a short drive (6 minutes) and a Walmart about 20 minutes away so easy in that way to get what you need/forgotten. It would've been great to have additional beach items such as chairs, towels, toys - we might look for a different property that provides these if we travel back to the area again in the future. Overall we felt like this property was a great fit for our family and we enjoyed our stay on 30A!
