Waterfront 4bedroom home with boat lift and additional 40' slip at extra cost
Home is decorated comfortably and contemporarily w modern furniture and fine art. The Florida screen room faces waterfront w bbq and 2nd refrigerator, great for indoor/outdoor meals and quiet evenings, large screen tv in living room and screen room. close to beaches, home is on the river by sandbars and intercostal waterway, 5 mins to open ocean inlet inter coastal waterway, and restaurants on the water. Bring your boat or rent one. 2 jetski floats available as well. Dock may be added cost depending on size of watercraft etc, to be discussed. The owner maintains landscaping , so is onsite at times working, and reserves right to use small separate boathouse for storage and art studio. Some pets may be acceptable, please contact to learn if this is the right property for your stay . happy travels.
