Villa Curuba! This beautiful townhouse is located in the very quiet and secure residential complex 300 meters from the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas . . . Playa Ballenas.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths between 2 levels totaling over 1000 sqft. The living area flows to the kitchen and patio nicely. Outdoor shower, garden, and propane grill.
Residencia Curuba is private & peaceful with nice gardens and a common pool 20 meters from the house. There is parking inside the complex.
The space
Curuba is a comfortable home. There are AC units in both bedrooms and on the patio. Too much aire? There are ceiling fans throughout and above the patio as well. The kitchen is basic but nicely appointed with nice cooking and serving pieces. There is a propane grill on the lawn to enjoy your freshly caught fish or whatever you desire!
