Oceanside Retreat - 2 Houses Close to the Beach and Legoland

Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our brand new, completely remodeled beach themed houses, just minutes from all the best that Oceanside has to offer. With two separate 3 bed/2 bath on the same lot, this property is perfect for large families looking to explore the best north county San Diego has to offer.

Plan your family reunion, schedule a retreat, or gather your friends. Our set up is perfect for an Oceanside get away!

Experience a local coffee shop, try some hometown cuisine, or walk the pier - all within 1-2 miles from our home. We are 15 minutes from Legoland and 45 minutes from downtown (without traffic).

THE SPACE

Outside:
In front of the first house we have a sand set up where you can put our fire pit and lounge chairs around for a relaxing evening. There is a grill and string lights for beautiful dinners outside.

In between the front and back house is an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after your beach outings. There is another grill on that patio along with some outdoor seating and more string lights to set the mood.

Enjoy boccee ball? We've got a court set up next to the back house for some fun entertainment. On the other side is some green turf for littles to play or adults to relax on our outdoor furniture.

Inside Both Houses:
The kitchens are AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay.

Each room has it's own beach theme.
Both houses have a room with bunk beds.

Both houses have a smart TV that includes access to Netflix & Disney+.
We've also got a few card games to enjoy.

*No AC installed in either. The houses cool well with ceiling fans and open windows. Both have standing fans to place where you'd like.

Guest Access:
There is a decent sized driveway that could accommodate 4-5 cars.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.

Getting Around:
Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
For public transit, this is walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego

Interaction with Guests:
Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.
