clean, comfortable, well furnished

This is really as good as it gets for a 3-bedroom beachhouse in Rehoboth. I've stayed in 15+ rentals in Rehoboth and this nailed it. Beds were awesome (and I'm a picky sleeper). Furniture comfortable. AC worked great. Top end pots and pans. Not a single musty smell in the house. Every appliance is top notch. Labels on everything are very helpful and leave little to question.

Rehoboth Oasis

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's beautiful & unique house. The shortwalk to the beach was great and the added bonus of the nearby Stockley Street playground for the grandchildren made it even better. We also appreciated being able to walk to Rehoboth Avenue but still being far enough south to be in a quiet neighborhood. Everything in the house, back deck and balcony was as shown in the photos but even better in person. The decor inside and outside is very interesting and relaxing with unique pieces, plants and artwork surrounding you. When you enter the house you feel like you've entered an oasis. We especially enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony with comfortable seating for end of the day unwinding. The kitchen had everything we needed and the separate pantry closet gave us plenty of room for the week's supplies. Another plus was the entry foyer that is meant to be an additional sitting space but we used it for the many toys / games / paraphernalia that accompanied the grandchildren. Sarah's house checked all the boxes for our family stay!

Pure Bliss

The house was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of spaces to gather, play and relax for 4 adults & a baby. Loved the vestibule, master bedroom balcony & back patio. We had a wonderful time creating many fun memories!!

Relaxing retreat in great location

We loved the location - easy access to boardwalk but quiet residential area. Home is beautifully decorated and generously appointed with amenities. Felt more like staying at a friends home than a rental! We will be back!

Summer beach vacation

I traveled with my husband, 3 small kids, and au pair. We had only been to rehobeth once before and I really wanted to stay closer to the beach/boardwalk this time. The location is amazing. Only 2 blocks from a quieter section of the board walk and under ten minutes to fun land. The place has a wagon that we used daily! The house is spacious and cozy, but really seems to favor an adult getaway. There are decorations, glassware, and white sofas throughout and no real dining table. The kitchen could have been cleaner as there were food stains both inside and outside the cupboards. I think the host is receptive to these things and strives to make it an enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a great vacation and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Property

Like a luxury spa hotel

The house was just perfect for our getaway this weekend. The location is ideal to walk everywhere and the house is super clean. We loved the extra touches of hospitality- such as water and toiletries provided. I can't wait to come back.

Great family beach property

The home was magnificent and we treated it accordingly. We treated the owners beautiful property with the dignity it deserved. Beds were perfect, kitchen was a dream and the things offered by the host were really over the top. We thank her so much for sharing her gorgeous home with my family. She hopefully finds that we tried to leave it how we found it.

Perfect House

Sarah's house was ideal for our 3 days stay in Rehoboth. The house was very clean, bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the host and checkin went really smoothly. The house is located a block away from the beach and a short walk from restaurants and bars. We would love to stay at Sarah's house again in the future. Thank you :)

Relaxing Mom’s weekend

We rented this beautiful home for a few days of rest and relaxation. This home provided everything we needed to restore our bodies and souls. Every turn was a reminder to take care of ourselves and prioritize our mental wellbeing. The energy and vibe of the home gave us exactly what we were looking for. Our only regret was not staying for a longer period of time.

Great place for a girls beach getaway

We had an amazing girl’s weekend staying in Sarah’s rental. Short walk to the beach and Rehoboth Ave for dinning and shopping. House was very inviting and relaxing. Sarah was very accommodating and we look forward to returning again next year.

Fantastic location; beautiful home

Sara was generous and helpful. I initially considered this property as a place I would like to return to every year. However there were just too many shrines and devotional items to Kwan Yin (the female Buddha). I know it is Sara's personal residence and respect her religious devotion. But there was no place for guests to put personal items. The barbecue grill had a large lotus flower or some object on the top, which had to be moved to the side to grill. Then there was no place to put a platter for cooking. Although the house sleeps 6. there is no dining room; just an island bar area that seats 4 and a small table in another room set up for tea for two. There was no place to sit in the second bedroom and only a small table next to the bed (which has Sara's personal items on it. If Sara wants to rent her home out, then I think she needs to do more to accomodae guests.

Excellent Home

This is a great home. Sarah makes it very inviting, relaxing and stress free. The pictures don't do it justice. You have to stay at this Great Home! Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure you jave what you need and relax. 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from the center of Rehobeth. Looking at next year and future years already.

A Great Home for a Beach Getaway
