Our stay at Arena met every expectation. Staff was outstanding and handled all of our requests. The accommodations are very nice but with no frills. Needed a few kitchen items such as a can opener and serving/microwaveable bowls. Unit stayed comfortably cool and common pool area and grills were excellent. The beach chairs were very nice and made our easy access to Eagle Beach a pleasurable experience. We felt like we got a good value and would return in the future. We met some other owners and visitors and everyone was very friendly.

Arena Condominiums

The location and the staff were amazing. We were well taken careful. Just my husband and I went but its a great place for families as well. The only thing I would add to the listing is the name of the Condominiums, which is Arena Condominiums. Taxi drivers know the places by those type of names.

Great location

Great location between super foods and eagle beach. Clean property. Only issue was no communication from property. Didn't say you just have to go to the office and check in like a hotel, don't get a keycode like most VRBO's. When emailed, didn't get a response.

Affordable Beach Stay

We loved staying so close to Eagle Beach at an affordable price. We didn't need a car because even the grocery store was a 5 minute walk. Everyone was super kind and helpful. The place was clean and our kids loved the pool. We'd definitely recommend!

Slice of Heaven

I stayed at this property for a month in December and January. It was nice and quiet. The swimming pool was perfect for those who didn't feel like going to the beach. Granted the beach is only a 5-minute walk up the street. The rooms were cozy, but the doors could use a coat of paint. Also, each condo is different. For example, the first Condo that I stayed in had no steak knives, but the second condo did. Also, the first condo had sufficient shelving for clothes but the second had practically none. Generally, when you wanted something the ladies at the front desk would be more than willing to accommodate to the best of their abilities. They were very easy to talk to and had glowing personalities. Alos there are a handful of dining options within a 2-to-15-minute walk. Hopefully this will help you enjoy Aruba, that one happy island.

Great Value for Money

This unit provides tremendous value. It's basic and simple, no frills, but clean and incredibly well located. You can't beat it for the price, but if you are someone who needs something fancy, this won't be for you. The unit doesn't have views or a patio, but you still have access to the pool/courtyard. The property is a very short walk to Eagle Beach and Super Food. It comes with beach chairs, but we found them to be heavy to carry, so we ended up renting a chairs/umbrella at the beach each day (very worth it). If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay that's well located, this is your condo.

Perfect location! Good for people who spend more time outside of the hotel than relaxing inside.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a cheaper stay option. Customer service was top-notch. Everything was VERY clean and exactly as pictured. They provided beach towels, chairs, & a mini cooler which made our days on the beach cheaper & so easy! The bed was a little hard, and only 2 pillows, but very comfortable sheets and comforter. The couch was not comfortable for lounging, but fine. There is only one vanity & one mirror if that matters to you. It is than a 4 minute walk to Eagle Beach & a 5 minute walk to the superfoods grocery store & Pharmacy, which has everything you may need. (Rooms don’t have an oven, but a microwave & stovetop.) The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean & refreshing. They also had several grills and a nice outdoor eating space. We suggest going across the street to other hotels to get a taxi if the Arena office is not open. We highly recommend the next door, Dutch Cheese shop- Keshi di Hulanda, for a unique, local breakfast or lunch! This condo is not luxury, but simple, quiet, affordable, & accommodating! Overall, I recommend the Arena Condominium and would stay here again.
