Overall good stay
I have stayed in this particular resort before, so I knew how strict parking was and made sure to follow all the rules and had no issues.
Communication with the host was great. Jerry was very responsive.
Our family was overall satisfied. We paid for pool heating, and we didn't regret it! The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, and we all enjoyed it even when it was cold and rainy out!
The only reason I'm giving 5 stars even though the pictures listed were not for the property we stayed. I saw that there two different listings, but the house didn't look like the one pictured. The floorplan and layout were the same, but it can be confusing. Luckily, I was more concerned with the layout. The pool in the picture looked very different and bigger, but it was not summer so it didn't make a difference to us. But the playroom upstairs was better than the one pictured in the listed.
I understand these homes are cleaned by cleaning crews, and I think they could have done a better job. We found crumbs in the kitchen, but again not a huge deal. We cleaned up ourselves, and we saw no traces of bugs. The cleaning fee we paid was substantial, so maybe the cleaning crew can just be alerted.
Overall, it was spacious, the host was very responsive, and our family had a great time!
