The Space:
The property is broken up into two structures. The Main House (unit A) has a full kitchen, 2 living spaces, a beautiful balcony with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. Unit B sits right behind the main house with a long driveway that leads to its entry. The garage serves as a ping pong room just off the open-concept kitchen and dining space. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in this back unit.
Both units have shared access to the resort style back yard. There is a gas fire bit, BBQ, 6 person barrel sauna, custom bamboo hot tub and tons of seating. Our guests enjoy the outdoors and each others company between this mini retreat and the overlooking balcony.
Our guests are encouraged to enjoy a relaxing stay and unwind in the floating colorful hanging hammocks, and indoor cozy lounge areas. Our luxury beds prepare you for a deep and rejuvenating rest you won’t forget! For your convenience, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with your needs.
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. In order to maintain the serene nature of the neighborhood, we have a strict NO PARTY POLICY for this home. We are unable to accommodate bachelor / bachelorette party groups. Guests are asked to respect our neighbors and the 10pm quiet hours. Please no usage of the backyard and outdoor space after 10 PM.

The South Lamar neighborhood is highly sought after. The luxe property sits within a residential neighborhood right off of South Lamar. Its location is perfect for all Austin has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker park.

Rideshares are readily available in Austin!

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
House Rules:
- Occupancy [ 16 ]
- We ask that the majority of the parked cars are kept on the property or directly in front of it to be good neighbors :)
- Trash & recycle bins are held within the wooden casings on the left and right hand side of the property.
- Pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet - not to exceed 2. Please clean up after your animals.
- Smoking is NOT allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties or events are NOT allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please no amplified music or noise by the outdoor kitchen area. Our neighbor's bedroom is located right by that area :)
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entirety of the reservation.
- Please note this property has an unsupervised water feature. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 should be supervised at all times.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- There are security cameras onsite. 2 are located pointing toward the driveways. 1 is on the backyard.
- Please ensure that the gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool) on the premises.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
To use the sauna:
Set the Temperature – Turn the left knob to your desired temperature.
Turn It On – Turn the right knob to the “1” position, which sets the timer for one hour.
Avoid Over-Turning – If the right knob is turned too far past “1,” the sauna may not activate.
Sauna Rules:
- Additional instructions are on the sauna entry door
- Use the sauna at your own discretion.
- Max number of people is [6].
- Sauna (and property) use is for registered guests only.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication may cause unconsciousness.
- Do not touch a working heater/stones, it causes burns. Do not move or remove stones. Stones are set in a manner to heat and steam optimally ($500 fee).
- No glass, alcohol, or smoking in the sauna ($500 fee).
- No food or beverages other than water ($500 fee). Other items can stain the surfaces.
- No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision.
- Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.
- Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on).
- Do not cover the heater—this causes a fire hazard.
- Never make steam by using a water hose.
- No use of sauna fragrances and oils are permitted.
- Sauna doors should always open outward.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
