This 3-story home features a modern design and high-end appliances. The first floor includes a cozy sitting area near the fireplace, a dining room big enough for the whole family, and an office for your work-from-home needs. On the second floor you will find the main sleeping area - with three bedrooms and two bathrooms including a huge primary bedroom with a private balcony and en-suite bath. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the second floor. The third floor features a pool table with great views of the surrounding area.

We are lifetime Texans who have been in the Plano/Frisco area since 2007. We have watched Frisco transition from being mostly open fields to a bustling and rapidly growing city full of amazing restaurants, shops, entertainment, sports, and family attractions. As the Rail District continued to grow and revitalize, we found ourselves spending more and more time there - and we wanted to share our love for the area with others. We can't wait to host you and for you to enjoy all that this growing city has to offer!
