Booked for the Arkansas and Texas game. Location was not too far from campus and the venue bettor was clean. Host was quick to respond and check-in was a breeze.
It is an adorable house, with everything we needed except:
1. Only 5 coffee mugs for 6 people
2. No mirrors placed strategically near outlets for using
curling irons, etc.... while someone else is using the bathroom.
Minor problems, really. It is a very lovely place...
May rent again in the future, if I get back to lovely Arkansas!!

Pros and Cons - Overall Okay
Overall it was a decent place to say. There are plenty of pros and cons and since I rely on reviews a lot I want to take the time to write this. The Host was gracious, responded timely to my messages, and great to work with - that is why I gave it 4 stars vs. 3
Pros:
Color of home is nice, bathroom is renovated, fans in each room was nice, upstairs is really nice. Location is good and easy to get to many different places
Cons: Please bring a whole new can of raid you will need it!!! We arrived at 1:30am and were greeted with tons of bugs on the front door. We found several bugs inside on the walls, kitchen floor, doors etc. Bugs everywhere!!! I literally had to spray raid at least a couple times a day!
I couldn't really go out the back door because the trash can was right beside the door and there were fly swarming non stop and more bugs!!!!
Landscaping was not well kept or done. Couldn't take my dog to the backyard because there was no real place to walk for me without being on the grass with weeds and of course more bugs, bees, ants etc. So I went out the front door and up/down the main road to walk him and let him use the bathroom.
The plumbing was horrible. Nothing drained well at all. The kitchen had a slow drain, I had to turn on the disposal to get it to drain. The shower drain was the worst. I had to take the stopper off to get it to drain otherwise you are standing in your dirt. Certain pots/utensils were greasy/unclean.
Found a way to make it work.
Rachel was extremely easy to work with and responded back promptly when I reached out to her. She also promptly addressed any issues that we encountered.
My niece and I really enjoyed our stay. We especially liked having a full kitchen -- we cooked a yummy dinner for my disabled brother, who lives in Siloam Springs.
The location is great. We were within walking distance of the charming downtown -- and Creekside Taproom!
Our stay was over the family weekend for the UofA. House was about 40 mins away from the school but no big deal. Close to restaurants, gas stations, and grocery store. 10/10 would recommend a stay.
