Absolutely no cleaning of fish on the property. No disposing of raw fish in the garbage or down the disposal.
No cooking of fish or seafood in the house. Cooked fish brought in should be well wrapped and stored in fridge. Sorry, the smell of fish is eternal.
Be careful with the fireplace remote-it is delicate. A $300. replacement fee will be imposed if broken.

Kudos to the owners of this property. It was extremely clean, well appointed, and very comfortable!! Looking forward to future stays when we are in Oswego.
Homey, classic upstate NY home. Clean, well appointed..comfortable. Childhood memories. Thanks for answering my questions promptly..it was nice to chat .with you!
Unassuming 1930’s home in a peaceful neighborhood. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable living room and porch. Perfect base for your adventures in Oswego county.
The house was quaint and comfortable and very clean. It’s filled with everything you need plus more! Good location, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if it’s available on our next trip.
We’ve been going to Oswego for a few years while my son attended college. I wish we knew about this home. It’s so much better then staying at a hotel. It was warm and welcoming. Everything at your fingertips. A beautiful park two blocks away where you can see the beautiful Oswego sunset. I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect.
The house was just as described, clean and comfortable. A short walk to the shore of lake ontario and to town. There were clear instructions on how things worked in the house and when we needed to clarify something the host responded quickly and helpfully.
Everything was excellent and easy to use. The only thing I would like to see would be a later check out time on Sunday morning, 11 was a bit early to get college kids organized on Halloween weekend.
This house was in a great location for us. It had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable house for all of us. We are four, 40 and over men. Nice to go fishing all morning and come back to a nice home to relax, cook, and eat before heading out to do some night time fishing.
Exceptional property in a great location.
Blocks from the water. Exquisitely furnished and neat as a pin. Hostess is wonderful. Beautiful kitchen and bath.
Great air-conditioning. Washer and dryer. Will definitely stay again.
Super cute house in Oswego, great location! House was just as described and it was a great break from staying in hotels for baseball tournaments. We wish we had more time to explore. Thanks for a great stay!
Overall stay was great. Wish the weather had been better. Trying to contact owner through VRBO website seemed a bit difficult for some reason. Once we talked on the phone everything was resolved and we had a great time. Thank you for the stay.
We spent a few days in Oswego visiting friends, and exploring the town.
The kitchen was fabulous and easy to prepare meals for my family of 6. Seriously, every imaginable item you could need was in that kitchen! The teens loved having their own rooms and beds. The younger kids liked playing catch in the back, walking to the park, or hanging in our large master bedroom. All 4 kids could be found sprawled throughout the very open floorplan of the kitchen, dining room, living room or in their upstairs bedroom. There were plenty of comfortable paces to sit, hang upside down ( ecause boys), and lots of foot rests.
I especially liked the screened in front porch to drink my coffee, people watching in a small town with friendly neighbors.
The home reminds me of a Bed & Breakfast with its Victorian feel, woodfloors, and decor.
I adored the home, as did my friends who popped in for a visit . Bonus for me personally, were the beautiful flower gardens and tranquility of the whole property. I would definitely recommend and look forward to booking again next year.
