Quiet Lakeside Cabin

Quiet setting on the lake with good fishing. There were plenty of activities with kayaks, fishing, rowboats, paddle boats, and games. The cabin was clean and had a microwave, 2 mini fridges, Keurig, and propane grill on the deck overlooking the lake. The bathrooms and showers were close. Kitchen had everything we needed and was close by.

Arrowhead Camp and Black Bear Cottage

First, I would like to say that overall my family and I had an amazing experience with our view on the lake and all the activities to do, however, I have stayed in a lot of vrbos before and I feel it appropriate to mention in my review that this cabin has no running water in it. The 1 bathroom listed in the accommodations list is a camp public use facility next to the cabin. You will have to leave the cabin to use the restroom and shower. We did not plan for this but we adjusted quickly. The listing also says stovetop but there is only a microwave and a grill. There are 2 mini fridges also just out of the pictures so plan foods for a clamped up camping experience. Bring bottled waters and snacks and drinks you like- bring things for the grill. The kayaking and boating was so amazing and this is on the grounds of an old scout camp so we loved hiking around the campus grounds. Bring extra toilet paper and plan for travel to the restroom and to refill water.bottles but otherwise, perfect spot in such a beautiful location! This is also a camp ground site so if you expect complete privacy, this might not be your ideal spot. Otherwise clean and comfortable and we loved the ping pong table and kayaks!
