This studio was perfect for our stay in Kona! The check-in process was very smooth and easy, and the place was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Chris was available whenever we needed, and he went above and beyond in his thoughtfulness to create a great experience. I will stay here again when I make it back to Kona! Highly recommend.
Chris the host was very easy to deal with, respected my privacy and was also very responsive to text messages when I needed help. The furnishings in the studio have been upgraded and were much more comfortable than the online photos. And the location could not have been better...Mahalo Chris
Highly recommend this place to stay in a convenient location. Very clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and communication was timely. We stayed downtown Kona last year for a much higher price so this provided great value and we found some nice places to go around Cook we missed last time. We were under the impression it had a hot tub which it did not but very happy with our stay and would definitely would make another reservation for a future stay.

About the host
Hosted by Chris
I am a father of 4 beautiful children. I enjoy all outdoor activities. Grew up in a home where my parents were very hospitable to guests. I am thankful for those memories and get to share my home with guests traveling all over the world. It's amazing to connect to so many people.
Why they chose this property
I bought this home in 2022. The family before me had owned it since new, which was 1956. It is a plantation home. I fell in love with the property because of the potential this cute home had and all the mature fruit trees.
What makes this property unique
We have 3 different species of avocado trees, 2 species of orange tress, a lychee tree, banana trees and macadamia nut trees. When trees are producing fruit, I will cut down fruit and place by your door so you can enjoy what my property produces and enjoy it with me.
