This retreat features a bright Southwestern theme and location that can't be beat. You and your beloved guests will have easy, first-floor convenience both from the parking lot and from the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Building 8 is one of Pine Ridge's true ski-in buildings that also has easy hiking and biking trail access in the summer. Big windows look out to the ski run from the living room that also offers a gas fireplace. And when mealtime comes, the well-equipped kitchen with all your back with all the major appliances needed to whip up delicious homemade treats and meals. In addition, both bedrooms have TVs for extra convenience.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
