Beautiful fully furnished High Ceiling, One-Bedroom Casita with Cal. King-size bed in a gated resort-like property with a Pool, and Waterfall. A private pickleball court, a game of table tennis, and a basketball hoop are all on the premises. There is a workspace with a comfortable ergonomic chair.

Living and Dining Area w/ Couch, Counter- height table with Chairs, Drawer Dresser, 49" Smart Flat screen TV w/ Cable, Wi-Fi, Internet, Ceiling Fan, Ceiling lights, and Central Air & Heat.
Counter with Wine Rack. Wine & Margarita Glasses available.

Closet with shelves and multiple hangers, extra pillows and blankets, Iron & iron board, 2 beach chairs, 2 Large Beach Towels. Linens, towels, and bedding are supplied. A yoga mat and 5 lbs. dumbbell set are in the Casita.

FULLY functioning kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, bowls, cutting boards... everything you need to cook or bake at the Casita. Quiet Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Built-in Microwave, Fridge with Ice maker.
Counter with Blender, 10-cup coffee maker, Keurig, Electric Kettle & Can opener. BRITA, a water filtration system, no need to purchase bottled drinking water.

Veranda with comfortable all-weather wicker furniture, Weber BBQ Grill, and another 49" Smart Flat Screen TV outdoor with COX cable set up on both TVs. Two Lounge Chaises with all-weather cushions by the pool.

La Casita De Poway is surrounded with great county trails. It's located in one of the best school districts in the State of California (Poway Unified School District).

Approximately 5-10 minutes drive to Poway Farmers Market (held on Saturdays), Trails, DMV, Post Office, Shops, Restaurants, Movie Theaters, Pomerado Hospital, and Palomar Medical Center.

Every night was the best sleep ever. Perfect quiet and serene atmosphere. The hosts were so friendly and responsive if ever needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This place was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted. It is close enough to see all the sites of San Diego and surrounding cities but away from the hustle of the city and quiet for relaxing. A relaxing and fun vacation spot

This was a great stay for my husband and I. The home is in a very nice, gated neighborhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. The pictures for this listing are very accurate and we enjoyed our time at the home. San Diego, The beach, and many of the attractions we went to were also a short drive away. Pia is very responsive and was a great host.

Amazing location!

My husband and I used to live in San Diego. We decided to come back and play tourist. Some friends of ours had stayed at this property in June and when we saw it, we said we have to book. We had the best time. So relaxing and quiet. My husband brought his Pickleball stuff. Highly recommend. The owners are very sweet, kind and accommodating.Lovely kitchen that we definitely used. we would definitely consider coming and staying here again.

Southern California Dream stay !

If you are looking for a dream stay in Southern California, do not hesitate to stay at La Casita De Poway! This resort like place is wonderful, even better than description and pictures provided. . Nice welcome by the owner, taking time to discuss and explain everything, making us feel at home instantly. San Diego is only 25 minutes away, almost no traffic even if it was ComicCon week. Coronado and DelMar beaches within 30 minutes ride. Temecula wineries. hot air balloons and activities about 45 minutes. Hiking trails passing behind the property which may bring you to Lake Poway, Potato Chip Rock and few mountains.. We had the resort like pool and surrounding exclusively for ourselves. Very quiet and relaxing place. Outside living room with TV, comfortable seating area & BBQ.. Fully equipped kitchen along with filtered water pitcher, seasonings, stretch wrap, containers, etc. Thanks!

A lovely stay in Poway!

Pia and Dennis are wonderful hosts who are very responsive and accommodating, and their property is beautiful and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and even more spectacular when the waterfall comes on once a day for about a half hour. Try the water slide at least once — it's fun! It was a pleasure cooking in the kitchen as it has everything you need to make a nice meal. The guest suite is maintained well and it was very comfortable. It was so quiet there and I slept really well in the comfy king-size bed. I'd love to stay again in the future!

Great place to stay

My son and I have stayed there for a week, and really enjoyed it. It's a gated community with very beautiful landscapes. It has everything we need and the host has very good communication with us. I would stay there again next time if possible.

Peaceful, Quiet, Clean

My wife and I *loved* every minute we had at La Casita De Poway. Staying in the little house surrounded by beautiful trees and the pool was just perfect. The casita was very clean, and Pia was so willing to do whatever to make our stay comfortable. It was so private and quiet at night especially and we appreciated that so much! We never felt bothered and coming and going was so smooth. We want to come back again!! Thank you!!

Relaxing Stay in Paradise

Pia was the perfect host, attending to every detail. La Casita de Poway was very clean, comfortable and more beautiful than pictures could portray. The grounds were resort-like and well kept. Two Tickets to a Paradise Retreat

The Casita is larger than most 1 bedroom condos we rent from VRBO. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances plus a washer&dryer. Lots of shelf space, nice dining table, gas stove fridge dishwasher & microwave. Washroom has a large shower & good water pressure, water supply & hot-cold water available. Living & dining room sleeping area are spacious, with smart Roku TV. Large office desk, lots of power & great high-speed Internet. Large walk-in closet storage area. The Lanai area has a TV & nice sitting area. Very nice pool with a grotto, waterslide, & waterfall. Lots of covered & sunshine areas to sit or lounge in. Large gas BBQ & big working surface. Tropical Palms & plants surround the pool & make it an excellent peaceful setting. We found the area quite centralized & were able to go to Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, Ensinata & Rancho Bernardo all within 20 to 30 miles. Plenty of shopping for the girls Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx. Costco, Ralph Trader Joe’s all close by. The Zoo & Safari Park are equal distances away. This property is an ideal rental for an executive couple, someone seeking a peaceful retreat, relaxing or romantic getaway. It offers very good executive security in a gated community & property is gated. Stay was very enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing, & convenient to travel area. We will return again. The hostess is terrific to work with, very attentive to your needs. Also very informative about things to do & see in area. This is truly Paradise.
