Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home overlooking Seneca Lake. Located in the heart of the finger lakes your vacation retreat sits on two acres with a wrap around deck where you can barbecue and relax. From here you can visit the wineries and distilleries, enjoy the Amish markets, boat, swim, water ski or fish. After a full day you can relax with your family or friends at this secluded sanctuary just up the hill from the Severne Point boat launch. The space The main house has a great room that opens onto a full length deck overlooking a 2 acre lot and Seneca Lake. There are two full bedrooms each with a queen bed and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Outside the kids will enjoy the detached bunk room (note the bathrooms are in the main house). The bunk room also serves as a remote office allowing for longer stays. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and the detached bunk room. Our kids love their own space and privacy but there is no bathroom in the bunk room. The bathroom is in the main house.

The place was exactly as it looked in the App. Greg was more than gracious when I reached out for guidance on something I should have figured it. Beautiful, scenic, and close to everything. We plan on coming back.
Everything was perfect. It rained a lot during our stay but we had a good time anyway. I loved the deck overlooking the lake ! Greg, the host was very responsive. Maybe could have more lighting between the driveway and the door.
Great Location for Finger Lakes with Plenty of Room
We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean and comfortable. The location is very nice as it is close to a lot of various activities. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The dogs loved the porch too! If you are visiting the Finger Lakes, I would recommend this property.
This is a beautiful home nestled down a quiet lane with gorgeous views, lots of outdoor living space, and a homey feel. The bunk room was perfect for my children and allowed me to get a little work done in the office before the long weekend. Close to the lake, boat launch, wineries, hiking trails, etc. I was happily surprised that Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, and Geneva are all a short drive away.
The host was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend!
My wife and I visited this property for the eclipse. It was the home away from home we were looking for. Located at the end of a short dirt road it was peaceful and quiet. A huge back yard for our pups to explore along with several deer which visited frequently. The heated/air conditioned bunk house/office was a great escape for the grandkids and also for me when I wanted to get a little work done. The property is not right on the lake, but has a great view, and we found there is a landing at the bottom of the road where we could hang out by the lake, do some fishing, or even launch a boat from the public ramp there. Finally, this property is right in the middle of the Finger Lakes wine industry, so there are many wineries to visit and enjoy great wines, food and breathtaking views. Greg was a great host who was very responsive to our queries and was very helpful.
