This platinum-rated, ski-in/out condo offers a fantastic location in Building 4, Pine Ridge's only standalone building. Take in gorgeous views of the courtyard and mountains from the front of the condo or snuggle up by the gas fireplace in the large living room, which has been newly upgraded with comfy furniture and offers the perfect spot to relax after a day of skiing. Extra windows create a bright interior with lots of ambient light. With a beautiful log bunk bed in the guest bedroom, this condo would be great for a family with young children. Additional amenities include a second TV in the primary suite and a collection of family board games.
When you book this charming condo, you're granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, a communal firepit, a barbecue area with many gas grills, and a lawn area.
As for the location, you'll be conveniently placed about two blocks from the Snowflake Lift and a short stroll from Main Street's many restaurants, breweries, apres-ski spots, and boutiques.

This unit is located on the upper first (1st) floor - 8 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
