Great 1 bedroom, 2 bath, centrally located to the beach, beach club and pool. Spacious master has a king bed, ensuite bath and also a desk and chair in case you need to work remotely. Full kitchen, laundry, and living room (pull out sofa) with a second bath for guests, and a patio overlooking the golf course complete this vacation-ready getaway!

High Hammock Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are available ($40 per day or $225 per week for amenity access, also a refundable deposit for card and additional fees for use of the facilities apply).

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Gate Pass Access and Parking: Off-street parking. Maximum number of vehicles is 2 (including LSVs), $50 fee per gate pass for your stay.

Pet Policy: This villa does permit one dog under 30 lbs for an added $75 pet fee

Seabrook Island is home to a private beachfront community with two championship golf courses, a tournament grade tennis center, full-service equestrian center, fitness and aquatics complex, long unspoiled beaches, a seasonal variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and your own private events of any size. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

The condo is very spacious, much larger than your regular one bedroom. We were there with our two small children and had plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the basic set of supplies (paper towel, toiletries, cleaning supplies) were very appreciated. We loved having laundry in the condo. The neighborhood is very nice and there are lots of amenities nearby, we especially liked the shops and restaurants at nearby Freshfields Village. The beach and pool are a short drive away. It would probably take a 10-15 min on a bike, but definitely not walkable. We did find that there was plenty of parking at the pool and beach entrances. The communications around the amenity card was a little confusing and we were never able to get a full answer on how the billing works or exactly what amenities were included. The condo number is also not clearly marked (it says 108/109 on the outside of the stairs and not next to the doors) so we tried to enter the wrong place at first before realizing we were in the wrong location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Overall the condo is nice just weird that there were no dressers in the bedroom for our clothes. The bedroom is plenty big for them. Nice but I wouldn't stay at this one again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit is very nice, plenty of room, bright and airy, quiet, friendly neighbors, convenient parking, bike rack.Kitchen appliances are adequate, all in working order, washer and dryer need an upgrade; appealing deck (I did not use). Entry door needs work, especially the screen door;The unit is located about 4+ miles from Freshfields , 5 miles from the Kiawah beach where the best biking is.

Little slice of heaven!

We love ❤️ Seabrook Island and visit yearly! Our condo rental was great and exactly as shown online. The unit was clean and all the decor was updated. A huge plus….the bed was a king and comfy!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: enjoyed the place during the stay though quite inside to drive from the entrance especially when no views that were WOW! :).Just buying sea brook island passes ( just to eat etc. was not cheap for daily use)Kiawah was better to try restaurants etc. Paying separate Pkg fees too. Overall an OK experience to visit the island.
