A two story Great Room opens onto a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplace and a fenced backyard. A fully equipped kitchen allows for entertaining groups. There are four newly furnished bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors plus 3 full bathrooms. An additional finished bedroom and a second family room in the basement has ample sleeping space and a 4th full bathroom. This bedroom has 5 twin beds (one bunk bed). The adjoining large family room room with an additional large TV has two futons. There is an outdoor security camera in the back of the house on the garage roof and a doorbell camera in the front of the house.

ND/Miami Weekend

We had a lovely stay, Dave was super responsive from start to finish. The home was beautiful, fit our group perfectly and was exactly like the pictures online. Would definitely book again and recommend to any family and friends looking for a VRBO in South Bend.

Outstanding stay

We loved our stay in this beautiful, meticulously maintained house. We felt the Notre Dame spirit all around as family gathered for an ND graduation. Our extended family was all comfortable and the location was fantastic. Dave was responsive and great to work with. The house is very well-appointed and perfect for a group. We hope to return someday!

Perfect Football Weekend House

This house was a gem. The location and house are perfect for enjoying Notre Dame and South Bend. Dave was so easy to work with and very helpful if we had a question. The house was great for our families. It was super clean and spacious. We will definitely be back!
