Great vacation

My family and I have stayed in Windsor hills a handful of times over the past 6 years. This is the nicest place we have stayed at. The owner was very easy to work with. We had family staying nearby and wanted to come visit. We had no issues getting them added to be able to come Great place would definitely stay here again

Week Stay

This property is in a great location even for those not looking to go to Disney as there is lots to do in the area (shopping, dining, groceries, etc.). The cleaning company needs to vacuum the baseboards as they are dusty and the washing machine door needs to stay open as it is a front loader and the seal needs to be cleaned - but that's being picky. Otherwise a great property with very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms are very decent in size. I quite enjoy the Windsor Hills property, it is secure and safe. I thought it was going to be a difficult process to use a ride share but there was no issues with this. Security let's the ride share in and you bring your pass when you leave to scan in when returning. Should have got the pool heated. The only negative is there is a security camera in the back yard/pool area and I didn't like that. Wasn't sure if it was on/we could be watched in real-time.

Host was amazing - got back to me instantly. The home is perfect for a family- great property - very well kitted out. Amazing location especially for Disney. Really loved our stay. Cannot recommend this house enough - it delivers in every aspect 😊

Great communication and place

We stayed end of July-early August 2024. Great location close to Disney. Well maintained house and property. We all enjoyed the plunge pool and the property’s slides. Outstanding communication from the host as there was a tropical storm approaching. They reached out to help and provide tips to keep us safe if/when the storm hit. Would highly recommend this property and host!

Location!

Great location, easy walking distance to the pool even with young kids (5&7) property and resort area were very clean, property manager picked up our groceries and put them in the condo before our arrival, we did not rent a car, got a few Ubers, could not walk to anything other than the pool but that’s pretty much all we did and enjoyed it for 4 days we were in the area for something else and did not do Disney

Best home away from home rental experience we’ve ever had, seriously!!! It has all the essentials for daily living. Not to mention the property was very clean, beds comfortable, updated appliances, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and the resort water park and private backyard pool were the icing on the cake. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and will most definitely return again. The host replied quickly and answered all my questions. You won’t regret this place!

Great family neighborhood

We chose this place for its proximity to everything in Kissimmee and for the amenities the community had to offer. Neither disappointed. I would stay here again.

Little get away

This property was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. We were even surprised to have a small welcome package that was waiting for us when we got there with coffee, dish soap, trash bags, and other things. Pool area was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and very clean!

I recently booked this condo and can confidently say it was one of the better vacation homes I have rented. The property was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful relaxing time after the parks. It was also incredibly clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for my kids. I appreciated the owner checking in on us during the stay and the resort staff were very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We have stayed a lot of places in the Orlando area and this is hands down one of the best places we have stayed at. Great location, great town home! The place is clean, beds are comfy and the amenities in the area are awesome. Any kids would love it. We will be staying again.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient for our needs. I stayed here with my adult son. Although we were out all day, every day it was nice to come back to our home from home.

Great location the parks!

Nice facility for family getaway. Not well appointed with paper products and spices for cooking, like basics of salt and pepper if you are flying to the destination. There is a very busy Walmart nearby. Enjoyed the neighborhood pool, which was a great place to cool down after the theme parks. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Orlando Condo!!

Our family had a fantastic time at the Disney Haven Condo. This was the perfect fit for our familly of six. The condo was a great location, close to all the Disney parks. The unit was secure, clean and nice to have some space for everyone to relax. Especially enjoyed the splash pool!! The owners of the condo were so nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental!!

Excellent place to stay!

This is a beautiful townhome, and so clean! The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. The house is well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bottle of wine and chocolates were an exceptionally nice added touch! The kids loved the splash pool as well. The resort area itself is also fabulous and the location is so convenient to everything. The owners are fantastic to deal with too. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic, luxurious townhome in Windsor Hills

We stayed at this townhouse for 5 nights and were thrilled with everything the house had to offer. We arrived to a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, and Disney watches for our children. That was a lovely touch. The house is beautiful, with upgraded mattresses and bedding and other living accomodations. The beds were so comfortable! The house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The splash pool was a huge hit with the kids, and they loved being able to go for a swim at any time of the day. We only used the clubhouse pool once as it was incredibly busy due to it being March Break, so enjoyed the splash pool more than we thought we would. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat!

Seemed like a Nice place online. Check in was fine but when we got to the condo there were notes everywhere I felt uncomfortable an wouldn’t let my 10 year old do anything I was afraid of something happening. The TV on the main level was broke so we couldn’t have family time unless we went to bed early an all huddled in the bed (4of us). I wouldn’t recommend this place again. Sorry it was a little over the top with all the stickers on everything saying don’t touch this don’t touch that be careful of the walls don’t scrap them.. I understand it’s someone house but maybe they shouldn’t rent it if they are that uptight.

Great Disney Vacation Rental!!!

I highly encourage anyone to rent this beautiful condo! From the first email until the last day of our stay Dr Chakrabarty has been a dream towork with. First of all, the location rocks. I have stayed on the other end of the 192 and getting to and from the parks takes forever due to traffic. This complex is located at the 1st traffic light after leaving Disney circles (World Drive). Other complexes on 192 don’t look that far… but once you figure out that every ½ mile there is a stop light that takes 5 minutes to get thru, it really slows you down. This location A++. You can easily return home for naps or meals. The condo is loaded with everything you could need, all cooking utensils from corkscrew, to strainers, blenders, cookie sheets etc. The bedrooms are great size decorated well, as comfy as my own with high quality linens. The condo has video games and movies. You also have full laundry facilities and tons of towels, flatscreen tv’s in each bedroom and the living room.. free wifi. Condo comes stocked with soaps, paper towel, toilet paper etc. Sounds obvious but if you read enough reviews you find owners are stingy about this. Everything was very clean and pack and play, high chair and an umbrella stroller are waiting for you. The condo complex is very safe and the amenities are great. The pool area is large, with a waterslide that is manned at all times, so you can feel safe letting you kids play. There is a park within the complex with tennis, putting range, and basketball, a 50 seat movie theater in which you can request movies., A small convenience store on site for drinks, stamps etc. There is a SuperTarget (full grocery) a mile or two up the road. After a day of travel I was delighted by the bottle of wine waiting for me…. It may seem simple other renters don’t do this kind of thing. Additionally, my security deposit was refunded before I even made it home!

Disney Haven Indeed

Windsor Hills Resort is conveniently located off Hwy 192 just two traffic lights west of the World Drive interchange. We never experienced any traffic congestion on this section of the highway during our two week stay. As we spent most of our vacation at the Disney theme parks and water parks, we could not have had a better location. Super Target and many restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. The property itself is exactly (if not better than) what the listing describes. The layout is very functional with both master and kids suites along with the washer/dryer on the second floor. The main floor is spacious and open with a well-equipped kitchen (there was even a premium blender for making fruit smoothies!) The 42” TV and DVD collection also kept the rest of the family busy while I was preparing meals. Overall the townhome has a very welcoming feel and lovely decor. It was a blessing to relax in such a wonderful place after a long exhausting day at the parks. The castle-themed playground and clubhouse pool are both only a few minute walk from the town home. Windsor Hills is very secure with gated entrance and surveillance cameras throughout the community. Even though this is a town home and both sides were occupied during our stay, it was peaceful and quiet and we never heard any noise from the neighbors at night. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The maintenance staff came by to clean the private splash pool at least three times during our stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, chocolates and a personalized Minnie for my daughter. The owners were very kind and accommodating the entire time. They even called on the night of our arrival to welcome us and ensure everything in the townhouse was fine. Then it just happened that the thermostat of the hot water tank failed on our second night of stay. The owners promptly addressed the problem and had it repaired before we returned to the townhouse the next day. Our family has stayed in a few vacation rentals before and this is the best experience overall – The many qualities along with the owners' hospitality truly made this place special. My daughter loved her “new home” so much that she didn’t want to leave! I would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Orlando.
