The floors and the main bathroom have been recently renovated, so everything is sparkling clean and fresh. You'll be able to spread out between three cozy bedrooms, including a King suite, plus the sofa extends into a bed for even more space to snooze. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a sleeper bed if guests need an extra place to sleep. Extra blankets and pillows can be found in the closets.

We've also got you covered with all the amenities, including down comforters, ample closet space, floor-length mirrors, and not one but two smart TVs. The 40" 4K HD LED smart TV in the main room and the 55" Ultra HD LED smart TV in the living room are perfect for movie nights and catching up on your favorite shows. Need to look your best? We've got steamers for your clothes and hair dryers in all bathrooms. There is a pool and two tennis courts that are shared by the community residents. There's plenty of space to park your car too, with a private garage and plenty of free street parking. And don't forget the private atrium where you can enjoy some quiet time.

Please no loud noises after 10 p.m. or large events in the home. Home has a Minut noise sensor, which obviously doesn't record, but detects decibel noise levels and crowding to deter large events. This is only to deter large events or parties and not meant to put a damper on your time with friends hanging out or playing music. This is mostly for monitoring loud noises after quiet hours.

Other things to note: One spot is available in the garage, but the garage can only be accessed via the TailWind Smart app on your smartphone. Unfortunately, I don’t provide a garage door remote.
