Nautica Loft #7 for 2 - 4 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. 9 lofts located in a beautiful property with a large garden and shared pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater, and public transportation.

Located on the first floor, with a ramp access, it has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in a mezzanine, recommended for young adults or big children because of the access ladder. And if needed we can add 1 twin-sofabed. Private bathroom with hot water. Also a safe, cable TV, A/C, fan and wi-fi.

In the same area a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils and tableware. In addition a dining table for 3 with window overlooking the garden.

Additionally the property has for guests:
- Parking area
- Pool with deck and large garden
- A common laundry room: 1 washer and 1 dryer. $5 per load cost, it does not include detergent.

Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.

Our availability is permanent, for any assistance that guests require. Also, on the property we have an office, in which there is always a person available during business hours for any questions or assistance.
