Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Hyde Park’s hidden gem that served as the Orchard Keeper’s home back when the surrounding land was a farm & the area was referred to as Mornington, years before it became known as Hyde Park. It has so much charm and is located within walking distance to shops & restaurants in Hyde Park Square. It is the perfect spot for a traveling businessperson, romantic getaway, friend’s weekend or bridal suite! Stylish, clean & cozy!
Hyde Park is an affluent area known for charming Hyde Park Square, surrounded by upscale clothing and jewelry boutiques, cafes, and chic restaurants. Named for its 19th-century hilltop observatory, the Observatory Historic District contains 1800s homes in eclectic architectural styles. The Rookwood Commons & Pavilion shopping complex has a mix of chain fashion and home-goods stores, plus casual eateries. Sidewalks & charm fill the neighborhood!
Mornington Cottage offers a unique walk ability to experience all of Hyde Park. You step out the front door onto a sidewalk that can take you miles. 100ft away is Carl’s Deli and continue past to find Hyde Park Square, which has many restaurants, a coffee shop, a brewery, wine bar and unique boutiques! Head in the other direction to find the beautiful Ault Park & historic Cincinnati Observatory. The cottage has a driveway, with a two car garage, as well as on street parking.
