About this property

Relax and Listen to the Ocean at this UPDATED Dog-Friendly Property

The 4SeaZen is the perfect little house for getting away from the city and relaxing at the beach. IT's the perfect size for 8 people.

There is a private path with solar lights that take you directly to the beach and an outdoor shower to wash up when you get back. There's even a tub at the bottom of the stairs to wash off feet and paws.

During the summer months you will probably spend a lit of time out of the sun under the house. The house is about 10 feet so there is no danger to hit your head. The concrete slab is cool. There's a picnic table, two bars and plenty of chairs and stools downstairs for everyone.

Master Bedroom- King bed with, Flat screen tv, private bath that was just updated with lots of custom shower features.

Guest bedroom- Queen bed with Super comfortable mattress and flat screen tv for streaming.

Kids Room- (Sleep 4) - Bunk bed with double on the bottom and twin on top plus another twin bed.

Bedding, bath towels, hand towels and face towels are included in the price. No upcharge. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

We love snowbirds and monthly rentals from October thru February.

Very considerate hosts!

Great location on the beach. The upper deck does Not have shade but the beach view/access can't be beat. We really appreciated having amenities! Charges everywhere, beach towels, filters for coffee, extras that made our stay super easy. Would stay here again!

Family Weekend Gettaway

Great location off the beach. Nice and birght insode worh spacious rooms and nice updated kitchen. Enjoyed the spa like shower in the master bathroom. Would stay here again.

Great property right on the beach, with communal pool and marina just minutes away. Kitchen was well stocked and whole property was very clean. Our family had a great vacation and I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Galveston holiday!

We had the most amazing holiday at the 4 SeaZen beach house. The beach house is lovely and well equipped. We loved walking on the beach every day or sitting on the deck reading our books and watching the waves. Gina is a fantastic host and answers your messages quickly. We loved it here.

The stay was great. Needed some more sitting area in the main room. Friendly reminder bring body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Right on the beach!!!!!!!

This kitchen is very nice and updated. I thought we were actually closer to the ocean than the pic showed which was nice. We had no complaints and check in check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having us!

Best vacation EVER!

4SeaZens was wonderful! Gorgeous oceanfront location on a quiet, peaceful beach. The house is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Gina, my host, was very hospitable. And there was consistent WI-FI and good water pressure. I can’t wait to return! Plus, the deck is expansive and very comfortable. Awesome getaway!

Labor Day weekend

Our 3rd year to stay at this delightful house. View from the big new deck is wonderful! Property so clean and kitchen so well stocked with everything you need. Had a memorable time with family. I highly recommend it!

Great Home

This was just what we wanted for our end of summer vacation. The house layout is nice and open. Loved the little trail to the beach. The folding wagon worked great for toting beach gear back and forth. The kids had a blast on the body boards! Thank you for all the little extras. We have already recommended this one to our friends and family.

We really enjoyed this house.Great location. Cold A/C. Comfortable beds. Great beach view. We had a problem with ants in the house. Would definitely stay again if ants are controlled.

Awesome in every way

Property was clean, comfortable, well supplied and right on the beach. We have stayed at many other houses in Galveston and Surfside but this is one is by far the very best we have stayed at. Look forward to returning. The welcome gift was a very thoughtful and a suprise.

LOVE!

This is a great place to stay!! It was clean, easy to check-in and lots of chairs etc to use on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 7! We would definitely stay there again!! We loved our little gift from the owners too!!

Perfect!

We've been renting beach houses for more than 15 years, and we've never stayed anywhere with so many thoughtful touches for guests: key hooks and a shoe rack just inside the front door, labels on the light switches, multiple phone charging stations, signs with the wifi password, and more. Even some welcoming items, including a spare toothbrush that I needed! The house itself is lovely, well equipped, scrupulously clean, and steps from the (car-free) beach.
