Single story, large kitchen, living and dining great room, lots of outdoor space, an 80 foot driveway suitable for RV/camper parking, one large bath, a stylish master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with a television, couch-sleeper, and dedicated work space. Central air and heat to keep you comfortable all year round. New sectional couch, kitchen appliances, master bed mattress, sheets and comforter, towels, a 55 inch TV and more!

Newly renovated garden bungalow is perfect for the working individual, couple, or small family who want to enjoy both comfort and luxury in this delightful home in a small development just 10 minutes from downtown Riverside. Close to main roads but tucked away in a small residential loop, so traffic is minimal.
Guest access
Access the home through the front door via key-less keypad entry. Guests will be given an access code that will be good for their entire stay. Private driveway for parking and street parking also available. Guests have the entire home to themselves, as well as front yard and backyard access.
Other things to note
Street sweeping on the first and third Fridays from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Trash pickup day is Thursday. Someone will move the trash cans to the street on Wednesday afternoon so guests don't have to worry about that.

I have always liked Riverside. It is a very nice and older city that has lots of character, beautiful old buildings, great restaurants, and lots of thing to do. I moved here in 2019 and have kept my home here to come back and visit when I can. While I am not at the home, I share it with others here on VRBO.
Why they chose this property
I lived in this neighborhood from 2019 until about 2022. I started renting the home as a short-term rental just last year. I wasn't sure that there would be a demand in this area, but many guests have stayed at my home and all of them seem to love it. It is a great place to stay and relax. Even when I lived there I always felt like I was on vacation, as I just enjoyed living in this home.
What makes this property unique
This home is newer that many homes in the surrounding neighborhood. The tact was built in the mid 1950's. The neighborhood is nice because it is a one-mile loop and there is only one way in and out of this community which is nice because traffic is minimal as the only people who drive in the neighborhood are residents and their visitors. It is quiet, peaceful, yet it is close to Magnolia Blvd, which can take you downtown in a few minutes or you can access the freeways via Madison Ave. It is a small home on a large lot, so it feels much bigger than it actually is. It has a huge kitchen for such a small home and an open living/dining area with large windows that look out into the backyard where the large pine trees along Magnolia Blvd are visible. It gives you the feeling that you are close to and connected with nature even though you are in the middle of a large city.
