And my dog

Perfect for us. We traveled to the area for a family reunion and I needed a place where I could have my dog with me. My daughter needed a kitchen to prepare food for the reunion. And we all had comfortable sleeping arrangements. I would definitely choose this house again when traveling to the Hardy/Grant County area.

Without question the worst experience ever

I’m not a neg review writer. I’ve used VRBO for years but I’ve never had more problems than this trip. The initial issue was that the toilet and bathroom were disgusting. And I mean absolutely gross. Urine and feces on the lid/bowl. Hair all in the floor of the bathroom. I contacted the owner and asked for a solution….after back and forth over discounts and refunds and options he asked for more time to think about it. I started cleaning the restroom because I had a child with me that needed to use it, after cleaning most of it I decided I didn’t want to stay there and told the owner that I would take his offer of a refund. Little did I know that was just the beginning of the problems I would have. The owner told me by phone that he would send it right over. He did not. I messaged to inquire and he called me and told me he visited the location and he didn’t find any reason to issue a refund (this was after I already had a hotel). I explained that I already found other arrangements and wanted my refund. I called VRBO and was told that I needed to work it out with the owner because I didn’t have anything in writing. The owner would not reply. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO and sending the owner messages. I called. Texted. Sent messages thru the app. No response. Finally on Wednesday….5 days later, VRBO offered a refund of my money but was clear that it didn’t come from the owner. The rental is terrible. I was there for the LL state tournament. It was the worst. Have pics

July 4th Relaxation

This was a great location it had close access to all of the things that we had planned to do. My favorite thing about this VRBO was the very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. It had a nice back porch to relax with your coffee in the morning or to relax in the evening and watch the sunset. This house also and has a large flat back yard for family activities.
