The Space:

- An soothing natural open living space where the living, dining room, and kitchen are in view for quality time together. There are sliding glass doors to connect with the outdoors and a lovely main terrace lounge with seating and a hammock to enjoy.

- Two other private terraces off each bedroom, one with a cool chair hammock to relax, read, nap, or sip a beverage; the other with a small table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee!

- A lovely hand-carved wood dining table that can accommodate 6 people for a nice sit-down meal with laughter and good conversation. Plus extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar!

- The kitchen features sleek design finishes and is fully equipped with new appliances like a stove, a microwave, and all the cookware you’d need to whip up a healthy meal at home. Also, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for happy hour margaritas!

- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, direct access to balcony & SmartTV
BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed w/balcony access

- The bathrooms are sleek with modern features, nice vanity space, and spacious stand-in showers with rainfall showerheads.

The common grounds of this incredible development are lush and magical, and the on-site amenities are also spectacular. The grounds are designed in a way that you’ll feel a sense of peace and calm and a strong connection to nature. Meander the nature-inspired paths, find the pool with lounging areas and the two special cenotes, a very unique feature. There are tons of spaces to sprawl out, nap in a hammock, and generally enjoy the outdoors.

It’s a magical place, but there are plenty of things to see and do around Tulum if you venture out. Everything from beach and water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the condo. Plus, access to all the shared complex amenities like the pools, lounging areas, 2 cenotes, fitness center, yoga area, restaurant/bar, co-working/business center, dog park, and more!

The Neighborhood:
Located in a beautiful new development just 3 mi | 4.5 km or an 8-10 min drive from the center of Tulum town and a 14-min drive down Av. Kukulcan to the beach. The property is in an area surrounded by lush jungle, with lots of pathways to nooks and hidden gems for a unique connection with nature and plenty of modern amenities.

PLUS:
- You can walk to Tulum town in about 30 min or bike there in 10! The town has a variety of bars, restaurants, cute shops, live music & street performers.
- Take a stroll through the park downtown too! Lots of activities always happening around there.
- You can bike or take a short drive or taxi ride to the Tulum beach hotspots, jungle restaurants, boutiques & eco-chic nightlife.
- There's a big Chedraui grocery store and an AKI nearby to pick up food and supplies.

And when the beach has its Sargassum season, don't despair! The beach isn't the only attraction in Tulum. You can still find amazing things to do, like:

- A RIVER FLOAT at SIAN KA’AN BIOSPHERE, a nature preserve & UNESCO World Heritage Site. The best float is via "Laguna Tours Muyil" (on G Maps).

The property is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. It’s a self-check-in property. You just need to stop at registration for your keys on the way in and make your way to the condo.

Other Things To Note:
For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a $25 USD weekly fixed electricity fee charge. It will be collected before arrival, during your stay, or post-departure. Our team will reach out to you to coordinate the payment.

Is it your first time in Tulum? The property is surrounded by jungle, and our cleanliness standards are the highest, but that does not prevent the occasional insect from visiting the property. Keep this in mind before you book.
