Upon arrival, we were a bit concerned about the neighbourhood. But we had no issues and the neighbours were great! Yes it may be a bit noisy due to its location. But the upside is easy access to everything. The only downside for us was that the kitchen wasn't well equipped for longer stays. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it itrecommenstayoverall
Did not need to interact with the property owner at any point. Property was clean and listed just as recieved the day of check in. There is a few minor maintenance issues that they can address but they dont effect the stay in any way at all. I felt safe in the house, even with sirens going off in the the neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this property again if i need to travel to Las Cruces with my dogs since i cant take them to family homes.
The place was clean and neat. The living room was very modern and seemed quite new. The house was easy to find and check-in was very easy. It was larger than we needed for just two of us; it could easily handle four people. The location worked very well for us.
The property is located near a grocery store, one of the main streets in Las Cruces, and Cliches (frozen custard). The check-in and check-out process was easy. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Got a Hotel After Less than an Hour
Our family arrived, unloaded the car, and then sat down and found a hotel room. Then we reloaded the car and never came back. The neighborhood didn't feel safe to us, the yard was full of thorny weeds, the beds had grubby bedspreads and just two thin limp pillows for each bed. The house smelled so strongly of disinfectant that I wondered what smell they were hiding. Bizarrely, Christmas decorations were up in the living room despite it being almost Easter -- four Ninja Turtle dolls over the mantle surrounded by small white Christmas trees and twinkle lights. There was a trailer in the backyard and it seemed like someone might be staying there. On the whole, we didn't feel safe, and so we left.

Good for the price.
Good for the price. Overall met our needs check in was easy dining room was nice. Beds were comfortable.
Older home. None of the windows opened and when we arrived the bleach pine sol smell was overpowering but writhing 3 or so hours it dies down. Listing inaccurate no hot tub. No cable tv. Owner was checking on it as there was a cable box that would not hook up to tv as there were no working hdmi cables but she never got back to us. Could not stream with my computer as no hdmi cable. Kitchen was less than par for being stocked. No real coffee maker only Kerrig but the did have pods. Just not able to make real coffee.
House was quite clean. Would stay again if I were on a budget in the area.

Nice house, bad neighborhood.
A mixed experience. The house was really good--three big bedrooms, excellent living room and dining room and kitchen. Michael was exceptionally responsive. When the sink stopped up, he had someone there within hours. But the neighborhood is really awful. Barking dogs everywhere, drugged-out people occasionally wandering the streets, gunshots one of the nights we were there. No one bothered us, and it was an easy walk to downtown. Good golf nearby. Some good restaurants. Excellent street market on Saturdays. Nessa's cafe right around the corner with excellent scones and coffee and pleasant service. But I would not walk around the neighborhood at night, and some people might not walk around it during the day. It's hard to say this because, as noted, Michael was great and the house was really fine. If you just want a nice place to stay and drive everywhere, it should work out.
My family and l had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. it was comfortable, clean and very inviting. They had everything you needed extra toiletries amazing appliances plenty of extra bedding, and a lot of storage room, amazing sitting room and dining room and living room. Plenty of room for family of seven.
