What makes this property unique
This neighborhood has a lot of great local history. Many great ideas and inventions have come from the original compound. This property is famous for the work of Morton Schindel, an American Movie Producer. Morton turned many children's books into Animated Films. One of his famous works was called "Where the Wild Things Are". Some movie shootings from the movie were even done on our street!
