Great place

We had a great stay! The property was beautiful and clean in a great location between Hurricane and St. George. Plenty of space. We had never needed to reach out to the owners, but they were very responsive prior to our trip.

Spacious, convenient, and modern

Perfect location for a getaway to Zion National Park. Quiet neighborhood. There were four of us in our party, and the accommodations were very spacious and comfortable.

Gorgeous Home

Absolutely stunning property with killer views! Everything about this house / neighborhood is high class. This house is in a perfect location, super close to Sand Hollow, Zion, and all the other attractions. Garage is big enough to park a few cars and room to park on the side of the house with a trailer. The home owners were super responsive to any needs or questions I had. Definitely will be my go to spot

First Experience Using VRBO was a HUGE SUCCESS

This stay in Hurricane at Jaycee and Broc’s house was the first time I used the VRBO app after ditching the other app. The house was spotless and had all the basics one would expect if you were staying at a hotel (soap and shampoo; toilet paper; paper towels; bath towels, etc) I had some trouble operating the keypad lock to get in (operator error😂), and had to reach out to the hosts via telephone to get some help figuring it out. They answered right away and that problem was solved. No other issues during the stay. Whenever I’m looking for a vacation rental in this area, this location will be my first choice.

Nice House in remote area

The house itself is new and in good condition. If you're looking for a remote get-a-way then this is a great fit. The location of this property 10-15 min away from stores/gas stations - which we didn't realize when we booked it. The property was mostly clean - but the floors were dirty when we arrived and we had to do some clean up when we arrived. Two things I hope that the owner changes - every VRBO I've stayed in has a "binder" with information about the house - ie. internet access, check-in, check-out processes, local food recommendations, etc. This property had nothing. I had to rely on a screenshot I'd sent to my co-worker to give them information about the rental, to get internet access information, because I didn't have great data coverage on my phone. The other unusual thing about this property is that there were very bare cupboards. No extra trash bag, paper towels, TP, dryer sheets, baggies, no broom (that I could find), etc. that you normally have on hand at a VRBO, just to stay there. I've never experienced that, and it was a little inconvenient.

Quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Hurricane. We are conveniently located minutes from Sand Hollow Resort, Copper Rock Golf Course and national parks.
