This spacious, 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom holds1 King bed. The guest bedroom holds1 Queen bed. In addition there are 3 fold away twin beds, one twin daybed and one fold away pack n play crib available with sheets, pillow cases and blankets provided for all bed sizes.

Guest Appeal

This home away from home is perfectly suited for short overnight stays or travelling medical professionals, business travelers and all other extended stay purposes. The apartment is on the ground floor and only one level, no stairs. It is located 10 miles from Duke University Hospital, 10 miles from UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, 9 miles from Raleigh Durham International Airport and 4 miles from Research Triangle Business Park. It is conveniently near Highways 55, 54 and I-40, with dining, shopping and entertainment at nearby Southpoint Mall or take a short drive to downtown Durham. Go for a walk on the beautiful grounds or take your pet for a walk at the nearby Bark Park or take a walk or bike ride on the nearby American Tobacco Trail.

Decor and Environment

When you walk inside our home you will enter into an inviting space complete with a garden tubs, screened patio space, a view of the luxury pool area and all the amenities you need. The pool is open from April to October from dawn to dusk. Pool closures are subject to last minute notice and not under our immediate control. You will be surrounded by lovely art work, textures and motifs. Catch up on your most recent shows and episodes on the Smart TV supported by internet speeds up to 300 Mbps or enjoy a game of Connect Four, Jenga or a puzzle. It is all up to you!

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in front of your apartment. Garages and carports require a reserved, paid parking pass, handicap parking requires a handicap license plate or placard. Host is not responsible for towing.

This is not an event space so please enjoy relaxing. This is a self check-in property with an outside facing camera.
