The private outdoor pavilion is an on-the river paradise with a picnic table, kitchen sink, countertops, sitting hammock, a picnic table, and a bar (with 4 bar stools) overlooking the Little River. The bathhouse is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of room for changing or extra storage space for any river items or outdoor games that won't fit in the cottage.

There are two chairs on the rear porch along with a privacy wall constructed between you and the closest neighbor. This is one of the only properties on the Little River that has this much space to roam, park, and have access to so much river. It is also one of the only river properties that does not have a direct view of highway 321 on the opposite side of the river. It is a truly unique space!

Great lil stay! In a good location

The place is in a quiet neighborhood, the view of the little river is beautiful, and easy location to visit west side of the Smokey National park. The house is modest but clean, and the kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. The tvs are good and lastly the outdoor porch and set up is awesome!

Great spot!

The only reason I'm giving this place a less than perfect review is because there were dirty. I mentioned them to the owner, who assured me that it would be resolved for future guests. This house is great, on a beautiful property! We really enjoyed the outdoor pavilion and swimming in the river. It's about a half hour to Cades Cove, where we saw a few bears! I definitely recommend this spot.

38th anniversary

No oven mitts. No dish rag for washing dishes. There were only 2 full size bath towels & wash cloths for 2 adults for 3 days. Commode was wobbly & not secured to the floor. Light fixtures on both porches were covered with spider webs & filled with dead insects. Firewood was bigger than the fire pit & there was no way to split it. The gas grill barely cooked hot dogs. We pulled out the couch to use outlet & there was a discarded water bottle & brochure from previous renters. The outdoor living area was what we enjoyed the most.
