4/2/25: ANNUAL Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to our 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting)

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 9th Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Check-in is 3:30PM — Check-out IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Great room. Highly recommend

This was perfect for me and my husband. We were comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and more. The bed was too soft for us (we like firm) but still great. Everything was minimal and clean. I’d love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a very good last minute deal for this unit. Checkin was easy and the condo was clean. The soft mattress was OK for a single person (as I read before some people felt like falling out of the bed when sharing this mattress). The views from the lanai aren ́t as good as from the upper floors but that ́s fine and for the price they were pretty good.I was very satisfied with my stay.

Room was well appointed. Bathroom is a bit tight. I totally missed that the unit was advertised to have a queen bed. My hubby is quite tall so it was a bit uncomfortable for us but that was my own fault entirely. Lanai was massive for a room of this size, loved that as well. Always happy with Alii Beach Rentals! Thanks for another wonderful stay!

最悪でした。 予約者の名前は全然違い、そのおかげでチェックインは予定より2時間遅れ。 聞いていた駐車場の金額も違うし、部屋の洗面、シャワーの排水は詰まってて流れない、2度と泊まりたくない。
