Beautiful home near 2 lakes

This home is even more beautiful that the pictures. We needed a little R&R and this was exactly what we needed. It looked newly remodeled. The bathrooms and kitchens were beautiful with everything we need to make ourselves at home. It was more spacious than we needed we didn’t even use alll the rooms but it was just a perfect getaway for us. The host was amazing and quickly responded back with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again! The beds were also super comfortable.

Nice house

Looked good in pictures. Location was great and host responded quickly with questions. Only had 2 queen beds. 3rd “queen bed” was a pull out couch in a living room. Would have been hard to sleep 8. House was pretty dirty on check in.

Very Responsive

The property was easy to get into, clean, nicely updated, and worked well for our eclipse visit. The manager was very responsive. One of the air conditioners went out while we were there, and he responded immediately and was appropriately concerned, and he offered a reasonable solution. The location was convenient to Lakeway.

Great Trip!

Had a great time visiting Austin for the weekend! House was in great location near boat ramps on either lake, which was a big plus for me. House was very nice and clean! The host was extremely courteous and helpful and responded very quickly to any questions, before and during the stay. Would definitely book this house again! Austin never disappoints! 👍

Perfect place for our stay in Austin

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Vahid’s place. He was very helpful and responsive. The house is very nice and you can see that it’s been recently remodeled. It’s located at a quiet neighborhood. Just note that it has 3 rooms, but one of them is a living room with a coach that you open and becomes a queen bed. We’ll definitely stay at this place next time we visit Austin. Thanks for hosting us, Vahid!

Mixed Experience

I’ll start by saying the owner responds very quickly to questions, and the house is cute and well-equipped. It's in a great location! However, I do not recommend renting this house for more than 5-6 people. Although the listing states it has 3 bedrooms, there are not 3 separate bedrooms; one is a pull-out sofa in the living area. There is no dining table, so you have to eat at the 3-person bar or on the sofa. Upon arrival, there was substantial debris in the driveway and outside area from a storm the previous night. The outside seating was waterlogged and dirty, showing no effort to prepare for our arrival. Entry was easy using an app. However, the house was not clean, with hair and dust bunnies everywhere, including the shower and sofas. Additionally, 2 of the 3 AC units were out, including the one in the loft, during a weekend with 95-degree weather. The owner did not inform us of this before check-in. After moving in, he offered a full refund (minus VRBO fees) if we wanted to find another accommodation, which felt dismissive and a little rude. Ultimately, he ended up giving us a refund, which we appreciated. We made the best of the situation and enjoyed our time together.
