Please note, however, that In-Room Dining Service and Daily Housekeeping are exceptions (Housekeeping services are available for a fee of $90 per service and must be requested in advance).

Explore Miami Beach with ease using our complimentary Audi E-Tron car, exclusively available on a first-come, first-served basis to guests of the 1 Hotel Residences. Enjoy convenient drop-offs within a 3-mile radius from the hotel.

Our unit is a privately owned Residence within the 1 Hotel and Homes. Should you encounter any maintenance issues, Our team is available daily from 8 am to 9 pm to address any questions or concerns you may have. For emergencies, we are reachable 24/7.

HOTEL RESORT FEE

A mandatory resort fee of $62 + Tax per night per room is required upon check-in. This fee grants access to a plethora of amenities, including four swimming pools, hot tub, complimentary beach service with umbrellas and chairs (subject to availability), access to hotel restaurants and bars, a kid's club (additional fee may apply), gym, spa, concierge services, and complimentary transportation via Audi E-tron car within a 3-mile radius from the hotel (drop-off only).

Additionally, upon check-in, the front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days) to cover any incidentals and miscellaneous charges.
