Kick back and relax with the whole family at this charming and peaceful paradise in beautiful north Fargo! You will be in the heart of the city, just minutes from biking and walking trails and parks, as well as the Fargodome, NDSU campus, and the historic downtown district, with tons of amazing restaurants, bars, boutiques, and shops! Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, or fun for the whole family, this is the perfect spot. Welcome home!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, and recently-renovated 2-story house, with a finished basement. There are 2 bedrooms, with queen beds, on the main floor, and a huge master suite, also with a queen bed, on the 2nd floor. There is a sleeper sofa (hide-a-bed) in the basement, as well as a pack 'n play crib and inflatable mattress, which are located in the master suite walk-in closet. There are 3 full bathrooms, with each level of the home having its own. There is a cozy paver patio on the back side of the house, with a gas grill. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. There is a huge fenced-in backyard, and even a sandbox for the kiddos!

Guests have full access and 24-hour use of the entire property during their stay.

This house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just off of 12th Avenue North. It is only 5 blocks east of the beautiful NDSU campus, and one block off of Broadway.

Take a stroll around this quiet residential area in north Fargo. You are just 5 blocks from the NDSU campus, which is an easy walk. The edge of downtown is 6 blocks away, but is a bit of a longer walk. There are an abundance of taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers available to get you where you want to go, as well.

Wonderful house, comfortable and safe.

This is a charming older house that fits my needs when I need to stay in Fargo. It is close to the Roger Maris Center so the location is great. It is the second time I have stayed here and will return if I need to stay in Fargo again.

Nice but modest

Eldon was excellent about communicating with us as host. The house is clean and nice but modest. The bedrooms on the main floor are basic. The kitchen is adequate but the cupboards need upgrading and the range is an old electric. The third bathroom is in the basement where there are no bedrooms and the shower had very little water pressure. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. This is a clean but modest choice.

Just perfect

Eldon is a wonderful host with a wonderful place to stay. The house is a cozy stay that is immaculately kept with lots of nice touches. From the moment you enter the door you are greeted with a welcoming feeling, lots of local literature, a nice bottle of wine, and a lovely place to stay. Eldon also provides you with plenty of information about Fargo, the surrounding area and what there is to do. I would definitely recommend a stay at the house with the lovely yellow door. It is perfect.

This place is within walking distance of downtown and the NDSU campus. Eldon is a great host, who is timely with communication and offers helpful information about the area! Would definitely stay here again.

Great little house

This property was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and pleasant. Some of the details in the welcome letter were no longer correct or relevant but it was not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family friendly home!

Our family of 6 traveled from Northern CA to Fargo for our daughter’s wedding. This home was great for all of us to have private space. Plenty of bathrooms, beautiful outdoor spaces. It’s very nice but not so much that you’re afraid to have children there. The host was wonderful with information and prompt responses. If we ever make it back to Fargo, this will be our go to!

Concert

Awesome place to stay and awesome host

I spent almost 6 weeks at this property while being in Fargo for medical reasons. The house fit our needs and was close to Sanford hospital. Eldon was very accommodating and flexible to my situation.

Great experience!

We had a great time here! The house was clean and welcoming, and had a lot of great amenities (local magazines, coffee, board games, shampoos etc. in every bathroom, and a bottle of wine!). Our kids loved the ping pong table, too. The property manager was so kind and generous in all of his communications - he genuinely cared about our stay, which made us feel that much more comfortable. Thank you!

Great getaway with friends.

We all were so pleased with our stay. We got together with friends to take in a NDSU game as we are all alumni. We were able to walk to NDSU so location was great. Parking was great and never had to move once we got there. Everything was comfortable. The table tennis was a great bonus. Everything was as advertised. We definitely would stay there again.
