Disappointed to say the least
Trying to get any assistance is like pulling teeth. Every single day there were no pool towels. You had to go to the front desk and ask and even then had to wait for them to find some. I asked for an extension on my check out time since I had to wait 5 hours before my flight. They gave me 1 hour, any longer was $50 per hour and they were certainly not packed. One of their entrances/exits has complete tree overhang and it was a handicap one at that. Huge OSHA violation. And beware there is nothing close. On the map everything looks close but all the main attractions are at least 45 minutes away. Extremely limited kitchen supplies (pans, bowls, glasses) they obviously try to get away with as little as possible.
